Gamer Booster expressly disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Furthermore, Gamer Booster is not affiliated with any game developers and the use of its products may violate the Terms of Service (ToS) or EULAs of the respective games.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Gamer Booster or its representatives be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, profits or business interruption), even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Certain jurisdictions may not allow this limitation, which may affect the enforceability of this clause.

8. Subscriptions and Refunds

8.1 All products sold are digital and therefore, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, refunds will only be granted within 7 calendar days. as long as the product has not yet been downloaded or accessed.

8.2 Refunds for purchase errors will be analyzed only if the service has not yet been activated and can be converted into credits or a subscription of equal or lesser value.

8.3 The use of cloned credit cards will result in the immediate ban and refusal of the transaction.

8.4 Any attempt to resell, modify or reverse engineer the products will result in permanent and immediate ban.

8.5 Subscriptions may be terminated by Gamer Booster at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation to pay financial compensation.

8.6 In the event of formatting the computer, changing the BIOS, using spoofers or replacing hardware that alters the HWID, access will be suspended and a fee of R$ 20.00 for HWID reset.
9. Responsibility for Gaming Accounts
The Gamer Booster is not responsible for any penalties, suspensions or bans of gaming accounts arising from the use of its products. Use is the sole responsibility of the user. Despite efforts to avoid detection by anti-cheat systems, we do not guarantee anonymity or complete untraceability.
